Warranty and service


We stand for our products!
Therefore all equimag magnetic therapy products purchased from us are covered by our 36 month limited warranty.

The warranty covers repair or exchange of production defects on Equimag control units or other therapy products.
Freight costs are not included in the warranty.
Damages to cables or batteries are not included in the warranty.
The warranty is valid from date of purchase with a valid receipt.

Please do not try to repair or modify the control unit or applicator mats, blankets or rods as this will void the warranty. Washing the blankets or mats without first removing the magnetic coils also voids the warranty
If you wish to return a product under warranty contact your dealer or our customer service to see if you are eligible. The products must be adequately packaged before shipping. Postage must be paid for all return packages.
COD packages will not be accepted.

During this period you can try out the products to see if you get satisfactory results.
We are confident that you will be satisfied but should you, under any circumstance regret your purchase, it can be returned within 30 days.
