Questions about my order:

How do I order?

Answer: You order through our webshop www.equimag.no

For ordering through our webshop you have to register an account.
You can do this before or during the checkout process. Navigate to the products you want and click "add to cart". Choose "checkout" and you will be asked to provide account info.
Please fill out all required fields.
Telephone number is required for all deliveries by courier. 

How can I get campaign offers and news updates?

Answer: For receiving offers and news updates please like our site on Facebook and sign up to our newsletter. 

I can't register an order, what is wrong?

Answer: Please make sure that all required fields have been filled out. Check that a delivery option and payment option has been chosen. If you have just registrered an account you might have to confirm through your email account. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your spam folder as well.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Answer: Yes. When your order has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you. 

How can I check my order status?

Answer: You will receive an email when your items are processing and when they are shipped. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking number if shipping by courier. Please note that small packages like accessories do not have a tracking number. You can also check your order status on the "my account" section. 

Can I make changes to a confirmed order?

Answer: No, you can not change the order online after confirmation. If you wish to make changes please email or call us. 

Can I cancel my order?

Answer: If you wish to cancel an order please contact us. If the order is already processed and shipped you will be asked to received it before returning. We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. 

If you do not pick up or accept delivery of your order before returning you will be billed for non delivered item. 

 

Questions regarding billing:

Can you bill me later?

Answer: Yes. Buy now - pay later is offered by our financing partner Klarna. Paying the whole bill within 14 days will ensure no additional interest. Other prices and terms are available for monthly payment plans. For more info, please see www.klarna.no

Is paying by credit card safe?

Answer: Yes, our card payments are handled by Paypal.
For your security no card info is stored locally on our servers. For more info about PayPal, check www.PayPal.com

What types of payment options do you offer?

Answer: We offer credit card, bank transfer, Paypal and financing. Financing options are available through Klarna. 

How do I use a coupon code? 

Answer: The coupon code is used in a field on the checkout page. Input the code and choose save.  Please note that most coupon codes are single use.

 

Questions about delivery:

How long will delivery take?

Answer: In stock items are usually received within 7 days. If the item must be restocked from our supplier the delivery might take up to 14 days. Kits are delivered by courier and usually received by the customer in 5-7 days. 

How are the orders delivered?

Answer: Orders are delivered to your shipping adress.
For courier deliveries you will be contacted by phone to schedule delivery. 
Smaller items that are sent by post are usually delivered to your mailbox. 

What is included in the price?

Answer: Norwegian VAT (mva) is included in all our prices. For orders from EU countries EU Vat is included instead. The final price will be shown on checkout.
All kits include free shipping. Other shipping charges depend on weight.

How much does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping costs are calculated on weight and shown to you during checkout.

Can I schedule home delivery?

Answer: Yes. In Norway home delivery can be scheduled with Bring (Posten).

Will I be billed customs charges?

Answer: Norwegian customers are not billed customs charges. You might be billed local customs charges depending on your country. Please note that these charges are not included.

 

Questions regarding returns:

I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Answer: Contact customer service.
We offer 3 year warranty on all Equimag products.
If the item must be sent in to repairs we will supply you with a return code. 

I wish to use my warranty, how?

Answer: Contact customer service on our website through the contact form. 
Warranty is 3 years on Equimag products and cover manufacturing faults.

I wish to return a product but I have no return code?

Answer: If returning a product please contact customer service first.
You will receive a return code and information on how to return the product. Without a return code we will have no way to trace your return.
Do not return products withouth postage or COD. They will not be accepted.

How secure is equimag.no?

Answer: Equimag.no follows Norwegian law for storing personal data. All personal data is stored on ssl secured pages.
No credit card numbers are stored by us but handled entirely by Paypal.
