Registration

To shop at equimag.no you have to be registered as a customer.
This can be done prior to or during the checkout process.

To make use of credit or payment plans you must be above 18 years of age.
Equimag.no ships to Norway and currently only to Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Address

Customers are responsible for providing their correct billing and shipping address. Changes to address can be done in the my account section.
Registered billing address will be used as shipping address unless otherwise specified during the checkout process.

Prices

All salesprices are listed with Norwegian VAT (merverdiavgift).
Shipping price is calculated and shown during checkout before final confirmation.
Offers and campaigns lasts until out of stock unless ending date is specified. Please note we reserve the right to cancel orders were pricing mistakes might have occurred.
When selling abroad to Sweden, Denmark or Finland our sales prices will be without VAT. Please note that VAT and customs charges will be added by Customs in your country.

Payment

PayPal

You can pay through PayPal with all major credit cards. No information about your card is stored on our servers. We do not charge extra fees for payment through PayPal.

Bill me later

Bill me later will soon be available through Klarna financing.
Currently we can only offer this alternative to Norwegian customers.

Wire transfer

You can wire the payment directly to our account. Payment instructions is available on the checkout page.
Please contact us for wire transfers from other countries than Norway

Receipt

Your receipt is sent as an order confirmation. Receipt for payment is sent separately when using PayPal. Order confirmations can at any point be found under the my account section.

Campaign code

Campaign codes are one time use unless otherwise specified. Campaign codes cannot be combined with other sale promotions unless specified.

Please note that campaign code discounts are valid only for products and not for shipping or billing costs.
Campaign codes are input on a separate field during the checkout process.

Shipping costs

For a limited time equimag.no offers free shipping on all kits (basic, pro, compact and small animals).
Other products are not included in the free shipping campaign.
Freight costs are calculated by weight and destination and are shown during the checkout process.

Equimag.no normally process orders within 24 hours, except during weekends and holidays.
Normally all products are in stock locally or at our supplier. If a product ordered is out of stock you will be contacted.

Shipping

Products from equimag.no is shipped by postal service ground or air.

Kits (Basic, pro, compact and small animals set) are shipped by GLS or DHL door to door.
Please note you might be contacted by a shipping partner if GLS or DHL do not operate themselves in your country.

30 day refunds

We believe that you will be satisfied with your equimag purchase but should you under any circumstance regret your purchase we offer a refund period of 30 days.
Our 30 days money back guarantee is valid for all purchases made by individuals
For business purchases there is no refunds unless in case of damaged or defective goods

Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must use our returns form.
Shipping costs for returns are buyers responsibility.
Equimag.no reserves the right to deny refunds in the case where the products are damaged or otherwise suffering from abnormal wear

Products must be returned with their original packaging.
Refunds are normally processed within 10-14 days. Payments done by credit cards are refunded to the same card. We cannot issue credit card refunds to a different card

Undelivered packages

In the case of undelivered packages the package will be returned to us.
Shipping costs and return costs will be billed to the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their address is valid for the type of shipping chosen.

Damaged goods

If you notice damages or missing parts to a package contact us immediately.
Missing items or damaged goods are replaced by equimag.
Shipment costs on packages returned without agreement will not be refunded.

Products that are to be returned must be agreed upon first by customer service and include a correct return form.
Remember to include order number and full customer billing address.
When defective returns are received new products will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Warranty period for business customers is 6 months from product received.

Force Majeure

Force majeure is valid during times of extraordinary events or other circumstance beyond parties control .
Examples of this are war, strike, riots, crime or natural disasters.
In such cases this clause frees QMA.as from equimag.no liabilities or obligations when circumstances are beyond our control.
